Hirechain charges a fixed % of the hired candidate's salary. We cap our fees at the midpoint of your salary range to keep incentives aligned. If you post a job but do not hire then there is no fee.
The payment is due when the candidate starts. We also offer a sliding scale rebate to protect you if the candidate leaves before reaching 90 days of employment.
